One domestic cat may be permitted, subject to landlord approval, and will incur a recurring monthly pet fee of $50. Small, cage animals such as mice, hamsters, gerbils, or rabbits maybe allowed on a case-by-case basis, provided they are properly maintained and do not create odors, noise disturbances, or unsanitary conditions. A maximum of one aquarium no more than 10 gallons. Approval for any animal is granted at the sole discretion of the landlord and maybe revoked if the animal causes damage, nuisance, or health concerns.
